As the Senior Vice President of Patient Care Services/CNO you will have great influence through a highly collaborative matrix environment to lead the organization through transformation of innovation, and reinvigoration of continuum of care. Your high level of expertise from a large integrated health care delivery system will support the reinforcement of functioning in a lean organization with leading, executing and demonstrating passion in achieving high standards in healthcare.
The desired candidate will have the following expertise:
Leadership effectiveness and coordinated oversight for the delivery of nursing care, and strategic direction for system-wide nursing practice and delivery.
Accountable for advancing the practice of nursing by ensuring nursing organization alignment to top clinical quality, service quality, caregiver engagement, best practices, research, and professional development.
Facilitates the execution and delivery of strategic goals involving clinical transformation, enhancing patient care services, improving clinical quality and safety, developing nursing leadership, and ensuring successful recruitment, retention and succession for nursing leadership.
Proven leadership experience leading a large region with multiple location in a fast paced, highly matrix organization.
Monitor and oversees compliance of customer service, stakeholder relations, workforce, and financial goals and objectives as developed by the Board of Directors and senior leadership
Master’s Degree in Nursing, Health Services Administration or a relevant field, or equivalent level of education and experience. Doctorate degree. Nationally recognized leader in nursing preferred. RN licensure required.
